Vicki Hallatt has lived internationally in the Netherlands, Dubai, Luxembourg, and Bermuda. At various stages of her career, she has taught History, Global Politics, and TOK. Vicki has served as both IBDP and IBCP Coordinator and has held a number of academic and pastoral roles. She is passionate about continually learning and developing herself, and she has presented at the IB conference in Europe on inquiry in the curriculum. Vicki spent three years working with Project Zero at the Harvard Graduate School of Education whilst she was in Dubai on an action research project into critical thinking. She has completed her National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and holds a Master's Degree in Education.

Rob Bradshaw

Rob Bradshaw has over 15 years of educational experience, starting his career in the UK before moving to Singapore and then settling in Hong Kong for the last eight years. Originally a teacher of Economics and Maths, he has also held leadership roles as a Head of Faculty and MYP Coordinator.
He moved to West Island School at the start of the 2025/26 academic year as Vice Principal responsible for Years 7–9, and as MYP Coordinator.

Having taught at West Island School from 2007 to 2011, Helen Devine-Costa became Vice Principal in 2019 and has since led on Academic and Pastoral development in Post 16 and on whole school safeguarding.

Monica Tang brings over 20 years of international experience in Business and Operations Management, Quality and Risk Management, and people leadership across diverse teams and industries. She joined the Leadership Team at ESF West Island School in August 2025. In her role, Monica oversees all supporting functions and staff across the campus, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering a safe, relevant, and sustainable learning environment for students.
