Student Leadership Growth
Leadership development is a key component of the Dynasty-themed House System, with structured roles for students across different year levels:
- Dynasty Leaders (Years 11–13): Each dynasty has six leaders who work closely with the Head of Dynasty, Mr Harding, and the Head Student Team. Their role includes gathering student voice on school life and recommending enrichment activities.
- Dynasty Representatives (Years 7–10): Younger students have the opportunity to shadow Dynasty Leaders and assist in organising school events. This hands-on experience helps them build essential skills in organisation, communication and collaboration, preparing them for future leadership roles.
